It was my boyfriend's birthday recently and he asked for gaming cupcakes, so I came up with the idea for Xbox cupcakes. I made simple chocolate and vanilla cakes and topped them with roll out icing. I used a template to cut out the grey icing which I put on a circle of bright green roll out icing.
They are surprisingly easy to do but look so effective.
